Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Blend the following ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup oil

1 3/4 cups sugar


Mix the following ingredients with the previous ingredients:

4 tablespoons cocoa

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda


Add the following ingredients to the previous ingredients:

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup buttermilk

2 cups zucchini, grated

2 1/2 cups flour


Grease and flour a bundt pan. Pour batter into the pan and sprinkle batter with chocolate chips and chipped walnuts. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
