Small Parties
Non-exclusive use of facilities for 2 hours, up to 50 people

Large Events – exclusive use of lawn for 3 hours, 50+ guests
• Event/Wedding ........................................................... $850

Church & Non-Profit Events
Use of lawn for 3 hours ................................................ $100
Luncheons – need 1 week notice, minimum of 15 people.

Important Notes

No barn rentals in October.

All events have 1 1⁄2 hours to set up.

Max capacity for barn: 50

No more than 2 events in barn on a given day.

To serve alcohol, the event group must have a licensed bartender and provide Lattin Farms with a copy of that license at time of signing contract.

If a bounce house is used, the event group must provide a copy of insurance and it must be manned by the rental company.

Louie’s Home Ctr. (423-7008) rents tables ($7) & chairs ($1).
