To serve alcohol, the event group must have a licensed bartender and provide Lattin Farms with a copy of that license at time of signing contract.

If a bounce house is used, the event group must provide a copy of insurance and it must be manned by the rental company.

There is a minimum of 15 attendees for the school tour.
One teacher (adult) is free for every 10 students. We have found that student behavior improves with fewer adults present. Additional parents, chaperones, and siblings must pay the full price of the field trip.
School groups are welcome to visit Critterville, the antique farm equipment, and our produce stand. This year we have chickens, ducks, pheasants, and goats. The lawn is available for picnics and games.

FIELD Trip Booking
Field trips can be booked Monday through Friday from September 22nd to October 31st, 2025, between 9 am and 1 pm.
A booking allows you to reserve a date and time of your choice. Each 30-minute reservation accommodates up to 30 participants. This includes students and adults. If you have more than 30, make an additional booking reservation. Payment can be made at the farm on the day of the visit. All attendees, including parents, with the exception of teachers, must purchase a ticket. The registrant is responsible for collecting all attendee payments and paying for the group collectively when you arrive. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation to pay and collect your tickets.
