For 3 weekends in October you'll be able to build your own scarecrow to scare those ornery birds out of your garden (or just to show to your friends). If you've never made one it's time to try.
Proceeds from the fundraiser go to Lahontan Elementary, Churchill County Parks & Rec and Goats R Us - 4H Club
The Scarecrow Factory is held at Lattin Farms during the first three weekends in October, 6th, 13th, and 20th. The factory is going on at the same time as the Fall Festival.
