Southern Pacific Handcart was used in the depots of Lahontan Valley for hauling small amounts of cargo and luggage in the early 1900s. The name of the company is still legible on one of the sides of the cart.
This forge (smaller than the one at #15) belonged to George in the 1800s. The blower tube connects to the firepot and controls the degree of heat. The big pulleys sitting below the forge are miscellaneous large pulleys for the Hay Derrick (#16).
